Trying to get this cookbook to run with chef16

• changed the current libraries to resources
• libicinga2 isn't needed anymore.
• cookstyle fixes, new hash methods
• indentation fixes

TODO:

• most of the resources use: new_resource.updated_by_last_action(object_template) need to change this
• check if we updated all the hashes to use the new chef method.
