Added two new configs:
sod_broadcast(takes a bool) andsod_broadcastmsg(takes the string to be broadcasted), updated the configs to use the new Config Attributes which you were using in your own way, added a new rule to skip players that have Overwatch mode on, and now SCP-079 data completely transfers.
