I don't have time to diagnose what's going on with
deno-rolldown-plugin, so I'll leave it to the AI. Restoring the native resolution of JSR packages eliminates bundle noise by not having to convert them to compatible .js on installation and fixes several IDE hinting issues.The TypeScript config is moved back to tsconfig.json, which is what oxc & friends expect.
