first step on creating Favorite packages page and Creating swipe action on the cell

don't merge it now we have a lot of works to do
i just created it for now to show Shade-Zepheri how to create action buttons and to be compatible with my favorites button

• added Favorites segment index
• translated it to Arabic and French
• added favorites action to package cell
• added new isFavorited for Package to detect if it's already favorited or not
• added two methods to database class to retrieve favorites packages list and adding new package to the list
• chosen User Defaults to allow backing up favorites list through iTunes and restoring it easily

• reloading packages table with favorites packages
• add removing packages from favorites list
• rearrange table cells to place packages up or down
• add install cell action to favorites packages
• add remove/uninstall cell action to favorites packages
• add favorites packages counter in 1st section header

@iMokhles Those install/uninstall action could be also applied to normal packages. Think about SwipeForMore. I has been thinking about compatibility with your "Favorite tweaks" feature but not yet ready to develop.
