Fixes #1

What I Did:

Added a text_input for city search with placeholder text
Users can now either search manually or select from the dropdown
Filtered cities dynamically as the user types
Displayed results in a sorted dropdown
Showed fallback message when no match is found
Tabs and data load only when a valid city is selected
Cleaned up tracked __pycache__/ files and added .gitignore
