Can you backport this to the release-0.9 branch? |

I do not understand how this package works... It seems to run tests from other packages which depend on this package? I am updating CUDA.jl to work with Julia 1.13. Since CUDA.jl depends on KernelAbstractions.jl I need to update this package first. I won't be able to make CI work if it runs the tests of the (still broken) CUDA.jl. What do you suggest? I will open a PR for the |
