Blocks: Upgrade to apiVersion 2

Summary

Upgrades the Kit Plugin blocks in the block editor to WordPress' apiVersion 2, which is supported in WordPress 5.6 and higher:

apiVersion 3 is available, but this only supports WordPress 6.3 and higher:
