This PR removes the default case-sensitivity for file naming events to allow mods using the lowercase keyboard to trigger matches more easily (and so that Gaster will crash regardless of casing).
The mod can continue to define case-sensitive names by prefixing them with
~. (For the one person out there who will someday want a name starting with~to trigger an event, it is also possible to use\\~to escape the tilde for this purpose)
