Added instructions for registering the uv virtual environment as a Jupyter kernel for use in VS Code, Cursor, JupyterLab, and standalone Jupyter notebooks.
gmsh is required by qiskit-metal's GMSH renderer when creating MultiPlanar designs. Also updates Tutorial-1 notebook outputs.
