Loading the esp{4, 6}_offload modules is useful for testing even when no
ipsec offloading is configured, this is due to some specific interaction
with some other offloads.

Loading the esp{4, 6}_offload modules is useful for testing even when no ipsec offloading is configured, this is due to some specific interaction with some other offloads.
Tests
