Rationale
This addresses Issue 53243 by adding a new parameter
includeEmptyPermGroupsto thesecurity-getGroupPerms.apiwhich excludes groups that have no effective permissions.Related Pull Requests
Changes
includeEmptyPermGroupsto thesecurity-getGroupPerms.apiand respect setting when computing groups. Defaults to true.
