I see no warnings with Java 25. With Java 17, I get an admin warning banner but don't see anything in the logs. Seems like we should also log on old versions, not just warnings on new, unsupported versions.

Rationale
As discussed in email, we're deprecating (and later removing) support for Java 17 and officially supporting Java 25.
