Use qemu from the docker container instead of qemu from the lab's
qemu-worker.

This can't not merged until the lkft lab have support for docker on their qemu-workers.

LGTM, but it looks like there's some CI errors. Probably because #167 is not yet merged, as mentioned above by @roxell . Try to re-run those before merging. Thanks!

its due to #167 yes, and we can still not merge this since the lkft lab doesn't have docker installed on the qemu dispatchers... so we have to hold this patch until that is solved.
