- Fix Pylance errors in main.py with type: ignore for conditional discord import - Remove duplicate entries in utils.py role_map - Replace Polish characters in utils.py with ASCII - Add .gitignore for venv, pyc files, etc. - Add README.md, requirements.txt, start.ps1 - Remove compatibility shims DataBaseCommands.py and botcommands.py - Update main.py and utils.py with fixes
- Add classes.json, problems.json, members.json as empty structures
