Just FYI: Excluded DrawEM from CI build for now as install error during Travis CI AppImage build prevented bintray AppImage to be updated. |

Use ExternalProject_Add_Step instead of add_custom_command to move extracted folder.

Added options
DrawEM_BUILD_N4andDrawEM_ATLASESwhich would allow me to disable these steps during Travis CI builds.
