ISSUE-7449: Offer Suggestions to Partially Matching OCR Scans

Proposed Changes

When users upload scanned assignments, the OCR system is sometimes unable to recognize the identification number and or username of the student. In such cases, it would be good to provide suggestions available to the instructor, based on what is most likely.
