Adds the chest info to
net.minecraft.world.entity.vehicle.ContainerEntityentities:Was able to do some abstraction without duplicating most of the existing code, as both
BlockEntityandContainerEntityareICapabilityProviderandContainer.Also updated the comments of 'showContentsWithoutSneaking' and 'dontShowContentsUnlessSneaking' config settings to reflect that these vehicle entities can be added as well.
