The ancient maps generated after switching to numpy.random as the RNG. These are now consistent between Python 2 and 3. (As is all the other output according to my tests.)

This is necessary for Mindwerks/worldengine#146 to pass the tests. So once this is merged, maybe the tests of Mindwerks/worldengine#146 can be rerun.

According to my visual inspections new maps look acceptable, merging
