Arctium development tools.

How to use the sniffer:

1. Put the ddl and exe in your wow directory.
2. Start the sniffer as admin. (Be sure that the wow binary name is wow.exe)
3. type start in the console window (lowercase)... ONLY ONCE!!!
4. A PacketDump.xxx file will be created (There won't be any activity in the console window)
