Mithril Systems: $MHKD Settlement Infrastructure for International Trade
Mithril identifies a 'structural divorce' in global trade between real economic value and the banking system's current risk-math. This is a primary driver of the $2.5tn trade finance gap. We are architecting a settlement rail and the $MHKD stablecoin, a 1:1 HKD-referenced asset for 'High-Alpha/Low-Trust (HALT)' environments. This replaces credit-based 'paper promises' with the deterministic 'Physics of Cargo'.
By reclaiming the systemic 'Friction Tax', which can reach 15 to 42% of trade value, Mithril enables buyers and sellers to capture a shared commercial surplus. This value, currently lost to bank lag and bureaucratic decay, is recovered through immediate atomic settlement. This allows parties to realize the organic profit-yield of their own working capital without the need for external credit.
This application seeks funding for a 'Proof of Logic' simulation of our v0.17 architecture. It focuses on two core Move-native innovations:
The Quistclose Guard: Reifying purpose-based trust via Move's Linear Logic to ensure bytecode-enforced fund segregation and insolvency remoteness. This architecture is specifically hardened for the Stablecoins Ordinance requirements for statutory trust and asset partitioning.
Triple-Lock Consensus: Gating technical finality through the convergent verification of physical telemetry, ZK-verified documentation, and institutional attestation.
Developed for structural compliance within Common Law jurisdictions, Mithril serves as an institutional gateway to the trade corridors of China and ASEAN. The project targets engagement with the 2026 HKMA Regulatory Sandbox.
The full v0.17 Forensic Blueprint is available for formal technical and legal due diligence upon request and a 'Founder's Brief' document is available for more details of Mithril's commercial thesis.
