This commit introduces the ability to create, edit, delete, and view scenarios within the admin panel. It includes backend API endpoints for scenario operations and frontend components for managing them. CORS is also enabled for the admin backend. Co-authored-by: max.mrtnv <max.mrtnv@gmail.com>
