…ng due to setting the page title in document.js, updated document.js to be the same as the nextjs example for styled components and removed the calls to InjectGlobal thats been deprecated and we dont need it with this new design

Updated Styled components to V4.

Fixed mobile so that the accept button in the cards takes the full width.
