Masonry Low-Rise Malls had their joist spacing attribute as a float instead of an int which led to an extra zero in the ID. This issue affected both the original and coupled datasets and both the fragility and the consequence/loss functions. All affected files are replaced with this commit. The commit also includes the bugfix in the generator script.
Use Pathlib to handle file locations and add "root_path" and "original_path" variables to handle the location of the two Hazus Hurricane folders in the library. Update the location of outputs to follow the current organization of the library.
Replace su/st with sup/std when storing roof deck attachment information for archetype IDs to be consistent with how metal roof deck attachment information is stored for the same standard/superior options. This change allows us to handle the two types of RDA features together, simplifying building feature requirements and parsing methods. This commit includes updates to the generator script, the intermediate fitted data csv file and the final model data and metadata files. There's also a bugfix in the generator script editing how the fitted parameters are saved to CSV
