sync websocket client

I think websocket sync client already does most of what we are looking for: https://websockets.readthedocs.io/en/stable/reference/sync/client.html

I am testing this using a combination of:

pixi run serve
pixi run sync_client
pixi run write --close

It seems to be working as expected.

I still need to test the seq_num
