Thanks @kivel! I think, at the least, we should put our async Redis Python client behind a class interface that will make it pluggable. Would be useful to validate that against your implementaiton here. |

That's what I was hoping for. With a clean interface, it becomes simple enough to connect whatever backend you want. |

Simple and very quick and dirty proof of concept for the NATS kv backend.
