* python 3.13 now supported by Prefect * keep it below 3.14, the most recent supported, in case there are issues * also update deployment version
* provide useful info about prefect, tiled, and pixi
* rename because this module has nothing to do with testing - just a small default module that can provide useful output and check that the image is valid
* bluesky-tiled-plugins replaces databroker

This looks good overall but I haven't understood why the prefect version was downgraded. |

I had put in version 3.6.0 as a placeholder for most of the prefect.yaml files where I had used an existing file as a template. in this round of updates, I am checking the actual Prefect version in the pixi.lock files and putting that version into the Prefect version field of the prefect.yaml files. |
