[cmake] Fix handling of LLVM_DEFINITIONS - Separated LLVM definitions into a list, which is required since LLVM_DEFINITIONS is defined as a string when using find_package(LLVM CONFIG). Signed-off-by: Christopher Bate <cbate@nvidia.com>
