using this to explore airflow and dagster, especially how we could use them to orchestrate dbt projects

for both, was able to represent two distinct dbt projects as dags with every model as an asset

for dagster, was able to materialize all assets because the examples I found used duckdb. couldn't easily convert the postgres airflow examples to duckdb to do the same
