Fix: MIssing dependencies for local test runners

Add missing gis dependencies to develop installation modifier for integration tests

This addresses a recent issue stemming from #413 and documented in #477 where a new integration test is added for the iron mapping functionality, but the additional packages are not included in the develop dependency suite. Without the gis tools, the integration test fails locally, so this PR adds the package to the develop suite.
