@PjEdwards: Is this WindToolkit@nlr.gov still the correct e-mail address for Wind Toolkit? @mrahill noticed that it doesn't pop up in Outlook for us internally (but another address does show up under the "Wind Toolkit" name). So we just wanted to double check which one should be getting used these days.

@PjEdwards – There are also some references in the API docs to wind-toolkit@nlr.gov in addition to WindToolkit@nlr.gov. I'm wondering if they should all be wrdb@nlr.gov instead.
- The new `alliance-logo-black.svg` has different dimensions and extra whitespace, so this matches the new display dimensions being used on nrel.gov. - Also to match nrel.gov, shift the left margins on `2025-doe-logo-stacked-horizontal.svg` from a `ms-3` to an `ms-2`. (Technically the image dimensions on this img tag aren't correct for the intrinsic dimensions of the underlying image, but this matches what's on nrel.gov, and the extra width is adding extra margins to the image too, so it does have a functional difference.) - Remove duplicative image style height/width settings.
