This repo contains the code and datasets for the time series classification on the BOLD500 dataset
The dataset is taken from https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/BOLD5000_Release_2_0/14456124
The code folder contians all the code that we used for the generation of datasets.
The classification folder contains the code for the different types of classifications performed.
