Supertele Plugin class implements the Listener interface. STListener class is deprecated. Commands all now reside in STCommandExecutor Added more info to the plugin.yml

Here's a brief overview of what I've added/changed.
Deprecated STListener because the SuperTele class now implements the Listener interface.
Created the STCommandExecutor class, which the SuperTele class instantiates and configures.
All commands are handled by this new class.
Added Permissions for all commands.
Updated plugin.yml to include details about all the commands and permissions and their defaults.
