Summary

Improved UDP and UDS writer reliability with automatic reconnection and retry logic.

Key Changes

• Fresh Socket Creation: Each reconnection creates a new boost socket object to avoid stale state
• Retry Logic: 3-attempt retry mechanism for failed send operations
• Better Error Handling: Enhanced logging with detailed error messages
• New Unit Test: Adds unit test for reconnection if SpectatorD starts/stops

This makes spectator-cpp more resilient to network issues in production.
