First release

First official release of cmctoolkit, a python toolkit for working with the output of the Cluster Monte Carlo code (CMC, Pattabiraman et al. 2013) and the CMC Cluster Catalog (Kremer et al. 2020). This code was released together with Rui et al. 2021.
