Update to adaXT
Small fixes to pyi file
Version update of adaXT from 1.3.0 to 1.4.0
With this able to gain 90% increase in prediction speed.

Nice work.
Whats the status on adding multi-threading for prediction? I guess this is relevant for whether we want to add the 'sequential' parameter.

Changes to Prediction to increase performance
