Introduces D-Bus support to Watt, which enables external control and monitoring of power profiles and system status as discussed with @RGBCube. This PR implements D-Bus interfaces for power profile management and status reporting, and a new
PowerProfilesystem with preference and hold logic.Rough draft right now, and is lacking a CLI interface---which is the main thing I care about.
