feat(plugin): Add LizardTypst for real-time Typst rendering

This pull request introduces the LizardTypst plugin, a new tool for real-time Typst document rendering within ONLYOFFICE.

Motivation

This plugin is inspired by the existing Iguana LaTeX. However, it is designed to offer a more integrated and user-friendly experience for the Typst typesetting system.

Key Features

• Real-time Rendering: Provides instant previews of Typst markup as you type, offering a fast and interactive editing experience.
• No Local Installation Required: It leverages typst.ts to compile Typst code directly in the browser. This means users don't need to install Typst on their local machine, which is a key advantage over similar plugins that require local installations.
• High-Quality SVG Output: Formulas are inserted as scalable vector graphics (SVG), ensuring they look sharp and clear at any zoom level without loss of quality.
