Added: utl::parseVec() with unit test.
Added: Print out global element/node ID for result points if multi-patch or the global ID is not equal to the local index. Changed: Reduce scope of some temporaries in SIMoutput.C.
The method is overriden in ASMu2DLag with the triangle element support, and will skip all 0D/1D elements when evaluating element center results, since these elements are assumed to not have any results.
Added: Specification of which solution components to output.
