What this PR does

Adds a clear active-state indicator to header navigation links so users can
easily understand which section they are currently viewing.

Changes included

  • Active state styling for desktop navigation links
  • Matching active state behavior for mobile navigation menu
  • Visual-only changes (no routing, logic, or dependency updates)

Why

Improves navigation clarity and usability, especially on content-heavy pages,
while preserving the existing layout and visual hierarchy.
