Fixed initialization of visualization variables.

This initializes some variables in visualization and removes warnings during sim.

Using these equations, I get plenty of warnings like:

Notification: The following equation is consistent and got removed from the initialization problem: 
X.res = pre(X.res)
X.moved = pre(X.moved)
X.rotated = pre(X.rotated)
...
Warning: The initial conditions are over specified. Use +d=initialization for more information.
