1. you don't need to make changes to the pull request template. It will populate once you submit the PR.
2. You dno't need to add an image folder to the images folder. You can just put it in the images folder (check out what others have done before you).

I am trying to move the image to the correct location. I hope to have it figured out soon.

Hey @donnamware,

To move the image:

1. Copy the image file, then paste it in the images folder.
2. Delete the image folder.

To revert the PR template to its original state please address all of my suggestions.
