…ng-1.6.0 Integrated the pipelined upload architecture with exponential backoff retry logic: - Kept the 3-stage pipeline (producer, signer, uploader) for parallel processing - Added exponential backoff to both signer and uploader stages using retry_notify - Replaced manual retry loops with robust backoff from the backoff crate

I had two of these caught in draft, it makes more sense to test them all at once before doing a 1.6.0 release.
Just merges in #207 and #216 to current main. Will try to test this one sort of extensively and then cut a release at some point
