This PR re-enables a previously skipped test for resumable file uploads after a bug fix in the upload service. The test was disabled due to a known bug that has now been resolved.
- Removed the
@pytest.mark.skipdecorator from the resumable upload test - Reduced test file size from 4096kb to 2048kb to optimize test execution time
- Bumped project version from 0.2.6 to 0.2.7
