Summary of Changes

Hello @tinoue, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request introduces a new build utility script aimed at standardizing and simplifying the process of deploying or packaging application-specific database files. By automating the transfer of essential data files to the correct application directory, it helps ensure consistency and reliability in application builds and deployments.

Highlights

  • New Build Script Added: A new bash script, cpdata.sh, has been introduced to automate the copying of specific catalog database files (Realm and SQLite) and their associated commit ID files.
  • Database File Management: The script is designed to copy catalog_data.realm, catalog_data.realm.commitid, catalog_data.db, and catalog_data.db.commitid from their respective db/realm and db/sqlite directories to a user-specified destination.
  • Robust Error Handling: The script includes validation for the destination directory's existence and checks if all source database files are present before proceeding with the copy operation. It also reports whether files are newly copied or overwritten.

Code Review

This pull request introduces a new shell script, cpdata.sh, to automate copying database files. The script is well-structured and includes good error handling. My review includes two suggestions to improve its robustness and maintainability. The first suggestion makes the script's location within the repository more flexible by dynamically finding the repo root. The second suggestion refactors the file existence check for better readability.
