This pull request includes updates to the README with key changes to simplify the workflow:
Replaced Environment Variable with Direct File Path: The earlier approach, where the evaluations.jsonl file path was passed via an environment variable ($evaluations.jsonl), is now replaced with a direct file path (/path/to/evaluations.jsonl) in the command. If we would continue using it as an environment variable, it would require an additional step to first export the evaluation JSON file path to an environment variable before being able to use the previous command.
Updated Script Paths: The paths for the plotting scripts have been updated to reflect changes in the folder structure, moving from src/analysis/plot-scores.py to src/analysis/end-to-end/plot-scores.py and src/analysis/plot-responses.py to src/analysis/response-scores/plot-scores.py.
