Tier list papi expansion/plugin

Don't plan on updating this any more but I made it a while back.

You need to have a plugin installed that provides Kotlin. Check [here].()

Placeholders

%tierlist_tier_<list_id>% Display a player's tier give by the list_id. %tierlist_peak_<list_id>% Display a player's peak tier given by the list_id. %tierlist_pos_<list_id>_<tier>_<position>_<type>% Display the data given by type for the player at tier tier, position position on the tierlist list_id.
