IsHeading to coded and time dims

• Possibility to determine whether time and coded dimensions are set as headings or stubs
• Modify tests to comply with changes
• Untrack test results (gitignore)
• Default line feeds to CRLF

Hi @bendatk , and thank you for contributing :-)
Is has been some time since I last worked on this, so I may be off, but I think we should

1. open up for isHeading on the contensdimetion as well
2. in pxmetadata.yaml add defaults to the isHeading's (contents : true , codedDimension : false, time : perhaps true or ? )

You're right, I don't like forcing CRLF :-)
What issue are we trying to solve? This repo har EOL normalization set in .gitattributes
