I have not found a way to get the version of the installed ROCm stack. My test machine has version 4.4.x installed but I'm not getting these numbers anywhere. My attempts where:

$ strings -a /opt/rocm/lib/libhsa-runtime64.so | grep "ROCR BUILD ID"
