SpaceMC Network Usage and Distribution License

Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
"License" refers to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
"Licensor" refers to SpaceMC Network, represented by Hugo Torres (Redacted), Head of Development.
"Contributor" refers to any individual or entity submitting contributions to the Software.
"Software" refers to the copyrighted work licensed under this License, including source code, documentation, and any related materials.
"Derivative Work" refers to any work based on or derived from the Software, as defined under applicable copyright law.

2. Reserved Rights
All rights to the Software are reserved by SpaceMC Network and Hugo Torres (Redacted). This includes, but is not limited to, rights of use, modification, distribution, and commercialization.

3. Grant of License
Under the terms of this License, the Licensor grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to:
- Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes.
- Modify the Software exclusively for internal use or with prior authorization from the Licensor.
- Distribute copies of the Software only if this License is retained in full.

4. Use and Modification by SpaceMC Network
SpaceMC Network reserves the following exclusive rights:
- To use and modify the Software without restrictions.
- To continue developing new versions or features of the Software.
- To distribute the Software for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
- To implement the Software in any of its products or services.

5. Principal Developer Rights
The principal developer of the Software:
- May sell or commercially license the Software only with explicit authorization from the Licensor.
- Must obtain prior approval for any additional terms set with third-party buyers or licensees.
- Is required to maintain all original copyright notices in any distribution of the Software.

6. Contributions to the Software
Contributions made to the Software are subject to the following conditions:
- Contributors transfer all rights over their contributions to the Licensor.
- Contributors have no right to redistribute or commercialize their contributions without prior authorization from the Licensor.
- Contributions will only be accepted if Contributors explicitly agree to these terms.

7. Distribution of the Software
Distribution of the Software is subject to these restrictions:
- Any unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
- All distributions must include a complete copy of this License.
- The Licensor reserves the right to revoke distribution rights at any time if terms are violated.

8. Use of Trademarks
The use of trademarks associated with SpaceMC Network or Hugo Torres (Redacted) is prohibited without prior written authorization.

9. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability
The Software is provided "as is," without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Licensor be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
