This PR adds a
getUsersIFollowfunction to the library to match was is available in the Users I Follow documentation.pnpm verifyhas passed, and the required tests are included in this PR.I also have a commit ready for api-docs that I will make a PR for once this PR is approved. I can also make that PR now if desired.
This solves half of #111. I am planning to add
getUsersFollowingMe, but I will wait until after this PR is approved since this is my first time contributing to RA.
